　　Identificación de las series y tipos documentales.

　　Filtrado de la base de datos en XLS del acervo documentario, según año.

　　Validación de existencias de la documentación física recibida para su procesamiento

　　Clasificación de documentos físicos, conforme a las series documentales.

　　Ordenamiento numérico o cronológico de los documentos físicos.

　　Anexado físico de las unidades documentales de la correspondencia en sus respectivos expedientes técnicos.

　　Inventariado detallado de documentos.

　　Descripción detallada de los documentos organizados en el inventario.

　　Retiro de materiales externos del documento, tales como grapas, fasteners, anillados, post-its y empastados.

　　Archivamiento de documentos.

　　Empaquetado (con tapa y contratapa, mica y liga gruesa) y rotulado de los documentos físicos.

　　Estudios requeridos:

　　Educación secundaria completa (indispensable).

　　Deseable conocimiento en gestión documental o archivo.

　　Experiencia requerida:

　　Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en labores de gestión documental y/o gestión de archivos

　　Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en manipulación manual de carga.

　　Disponibilidad a tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes.
