　　Over de functie

　　Als Automation Engineer is het jouw taak om projecten voor te bereiden en uit te voeren, voornamelijk gericht op het programmeren van PLC's, het koppelen met SCADA-systemen en het gebruik van instrumentatietechnieken. Je doel is ervoor te zorgen dat de installaties optimaal werken en betrouwbaar zijn. Daarnaast help je techniekers en productiemedewerkers bij problemen met PLC's en gerelateerde kwesties. Je bent ook betrokken bij het oplossen van storingen in installaties met PLC-problemen, in beurtrol met een 24h permanentie.

　　Verantwoordelijkheden houden in

　　Technisch advies leveren aan de andere diensten (engineering, maintenance, productien...);

　　Bestuderen en delen van informatie over nieuwe automatische technieken;

　　Initiëren, coördineren en implementeren van verbeteringsprojecten;

　　Structurele en technische problemen/storingen bespreken met de Maintenance Manager, de Technisch Teamlead en Engineering;

　　De technisch teamleads aanzetten tot het permanent zoeken naar verbeteringen aan de installaties en de infrastructuur;

　　Regelmatig overleg en briefings organiseren met de technisch teamleads waarin de resulaten en de verbetervoorstellingen worden besproken;

　　Projecten bestuderen en opvolgen;

　　Lastenboek samenstellen in samenwerking met andere diensten;

　　Offertes analyseren en overzichten maken;

　　Bestellingen voor de projecten plaatsen in samenspraak met aankoop;

　　Opstarten en testen van de nieuwe of aangepaste installaties;

　　Productie- en onderhouspersoneel opleiden om te werken met de nieuwe installaties.

　　Over jou

　　Bachelor diploma in automatisatie of elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;

　　Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de indutriële automatisatie;

　　Grondige kennis van Siemens PLC’s , instrumentatie en automatisatie technieken;

　　Kennis van software ( Windows, Word , Google, Excel , SAP,…);

　　Talen kennis : spreken, schrijven en verstaan van de Engelse taal;

　　Teamplayer;

　　Goede communicator;

　　Analytisch denkvermogen;

　　Project Management skills.
