As a Special Credits SR Specialist III in Auto Recovery, you will be critical in mitigating risk by consistently applying policies and procedures. Your work will include adhering to state and legal requirements and addressing reputational risks. You will update procedures and letters, review production reports, analyze data, identify process gaps, and escalate issues as necessary. Effective communication within business lines and across all levels is essential. Additionally, you will contribute to change management, privacy awareness, and department scorecards and provide feedback, coaching, and development to associates and leadership. Job Responsibilities

Ensure department procedures are adhered to and modifications are submitted timely
Prepare and analyze various daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track and report weekly and monthly forecasts
Monitor department and team reporting, and manage various approvals
Undertake special projects as assigned
Identify potential risks and implement immediate resolutions
Support the department manager on special assignments
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Extensive knowledge of collection techniques for both open and charged-off auto accounts
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills
Experience handling unique or specialized accounts
Proficiency in ICAF, ALS, VLS, and Recovery One systems
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Identify and mitigate risk, escalating issues appropriately
Work independently on complex matters without supervisor oversight
Strong understanding and experience with control reporting and risk mitigation
