A highly reputable law firm committed to providing superior legal services in a wide array of practice areas is seeking a competent Probate Attorney to join an established and supportive team. Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings.
Draft legal documents such as wills, living trusts, power of attorney, and probate petitions.
Interpret wills and trust agreements.
Help clients plan for end-of-life decisions.
Handle legal proceedings related to probate matters with minimal supervision.
Advise clients on property management, debts, taxes, and legal changes.
Meet clients to gather information for cases.
Coordinate and oversee the probate process for clients.
Requirements
A Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in TX
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a probate attorney.
Extensive knowledge of probate law and procedure.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Exceptional understanding of wills, estates, trusts, and probate procedures.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and cases.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and professional responsibility.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
