　　What You'll Be Doing:As a Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the health and safety of employees at a large manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include:

　　Offering proactive injury prevention and early symptom intervention services in line with OSHA standards.Conducting ergonomic assessments and providing recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions.Collaborating with manufacturing employees to assess injury risks and promote overall wellness.Working closely with various departments to assess risks and implement ergonomic solutions.Ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment.Providing key metrics and reports to leadership and client partners.This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. 　　You Will Need:

　　A background in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health and Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, Physical Education, Fitness, Personal Training, or AthleticsCPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it before the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations (preferred).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.What Youll Get:
