This position is on-site, and we are lookingfor good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Reviewitem forecasts for new, existing and discontinued products. Work closelywith buyers and merchants to address supply chain disruptions. Ensurethat avoiding customer delays is a top priority. Collaborate withMerchandising and utilize \"like item\" demand history to develop newitem forecasts and determine inventory guidelines. Develop aggregatelevel product forecasts and communicate inventory planning strategies tomultiple departments. Utilize established demand planning tools toreview historical sales trends, research demand drivers, developforecast models and evaluate forecast results. Minimum RequirementsBachelor\'s degree. 1+ year experience in Purchasing, Demand Forecastingor related fields preferred. Proficient with spreadsheets. AS400, SQLand Access experience a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability toanalyze and understand large volumes of information. Strong numbers ormath familiarity - enjoys working with numbers.
