About Associate Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics

  What You’ll Do Our Marketing team plays a key role in our evolution. Digital marketing, in-store digital and eCommerce are three areas that will see the greatest transformation in the next few years. That strategic focus, alongside innovative marketing campaigns like our Tested for Life in Canada and Give a Toast, among others, continue to strengthen our relationships with Canadians, and ultimately our brand.

  The Associate Manager, Digital Audiences & Data Solutions will be primarily responsible for creation, maintenance and enhancement of product catalog feeds used by the Digital Marketing team for advertising purposes. They will also be responsible for ensuring that website pixels are set up and working correctly to drive audience targeting and reporting.

  Become a Subject Matter Expert on product catalog feeds across all CTC banners

  Create/maintain/enhance product catalog feeds by:

  Configuring/coding (Twig) in ProductsUp

  Leading enhancement efforts in large, multi-stage efforts by working closely with Digital Marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and liaising with an agile IT development team to meet those requirements

  Monitor product catalog feeds and work with IT support to resolve issues as they arise

  Monitor pixel requirements and work with Digital Customer Analytics to implement changes and resolve issues as they arise

  Furthermore, they will grow into a team lead and secondary role for other aspects of our team:

  Audiences: Utilize advertising platforms (such as Google Adwords, Facebook Business, etc) to create pixel based audiences and ActionIQ (a Customer Data Platform) to create customer relationship based audiences for use in digital marketing campaigns

  Data Integration: Write data integration logic to move data to/from a variety of platforms including IBM Netezza, Hadoop, Google BigQuery and others

  Reporting: Source and write data integration logic for reporting/visualizations in DOMO

  What You Bring

  College or university degree in Business Analysis (IIBA is a plus), Data Management, Digital Marketing or related discipline

  4-5 years of experience within an analytical role

  Experience (or a strong interest) in Digital Marketing

  Demonstrated leadership capabilities in an IT focussed role

  Demonstrated experience in data integration (strong Excel, SQL, ETL skills)

  Demonstrated experience with configuration/coding

  Nice-to-haves:

  Experience with: ProductsUp, Twig (PHP), Knime, Python, Hadoop Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms (e.g.: ActionIQ, Salesforce, etc), Advertising Platforms (e.g.: Google Adwords, DV360, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

  Experience with API development

  Experience with visualization and reporting dashboards (e.g., Domo, Tableau, etc.)

  Hybrid
