About Associate Local Marketing Manager

　　确保在推广周期内,根据市场策略执行相关的推广计划。配合区域销售团队开展学术活动,如城市会,院内会,和KOL 活动等；

　　和市场部密切配合,确保所有的推广资料,符合产品定位,传递最新的产品信息；

　　对代表进行疾病,产品知识应用,竞争对手信息的培训和沟通,确保信息有效地传递给我们的客户；

　　通过和销售团队的协访,从客户那里得到反馈,并帮助销售解决产品的相关问题以及有问题的重要客户；

　　维护KOL的关系,建立有效和专业的关系,以支持品牌的医学、市场市场推广,并支持进入医保目录的工作；

　　区域市场预算申请和控制；

　　向中心市场部反馈区域市场情况和竞争对手情况；

　　当全国的策略在区域执行时如需要调整,向公司提供建议。向中心市场部推荐崭露头角的KOLs,便于将来的发展。

　　8．职位具体要求:

　　行业经验 :5年及以上医药行业工作经验

　　岗位经验 :具有销售管理,区域市场工作或大客户管理的工作经验。2-3年外企地区经理工作经验者优先考虑；

　　良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神,具有工作激情；

　　擅长制定战略计划,并具有效的执行能力。熟悉产品知识。了解区域市场情况；

　　对于品牌的开发计划和执行有较强的独立工作能力；

　　语言能力：良好的英语听说读写能力

　　电脑能力 :熟悉微软Office系统

　　出差要求 :按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务

　　所需专业证书 :

　　其他特别要求

　　热爱市场工作,负有责任心,能承受工作压力
