As an Associate GDCM Sales Systems Coordinator, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment Change Management team reporting to the Manager, GDCM Sales Systems Projects, you will support projects including Delphi.fdc, SRP Create, Hilton Meeting Packages and CRS Availability.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Generate property-specific implementation plans and documents per defined processes.Conduct property kick-off calls and business consultations for limited and focused hotels.Provide guidance for configuration and training based on analysis of current system usage and BCS.Assist the hotel in completing System Configuration workbooks and validate information.How you will collaborate with others:

Coordinate and communicate implementation dates with hotels and vendors.Lead kick-off meetings and system overviews with relevant hotel contacts and vendors.What projects you will take ownership of:

Implementation of Delphi.fdc and related integrations (i.e. SRP Create, Sertifi, etc.)WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Professional work experience in Technology or related fieldProject Management experienceExperience in the hotel industry, sales, catering events and/or revenue managementHands-on experience using Delphi.fdc or DelphiIt would be useful if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experienceThree (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related fieldTwo (2) years of Project Management experienceCompletion of Delphi.fdc training and knowledge of Hilton business standardsExperience managing multiple projects concurrentlyHands-on experience using SalesforceWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
