JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview The Associate FinancialConsultant position is a transitional role with progression into theFinancial Advisor role. The Associate Financial Consultant isresponsible for development of new business in the investment advisoryand brokerage product areas. The Associate Financial Advisor may also beresponsible for management of existing business in the local markets.Under the mentorship of a Financial Advisor the AFC actively solicitsclients and prospects for business opportunities including cross sellingof all bank and company products. Key Responsibilities Development andexecution of an individual business plan to achieve new clientacquisition, business line referrals and product/business linepenetration inside portfolios; achievement of retention objectives;consistent portfolio growth and servicing objectives. Responsible forpartnering with assigned \"Financial Advisor Mentor\" to develop andimplement sales techniques resulting in growth in assets undermanagement and revenue growth resulting in a profitable book ofbusiness. Proactively review current book to ensure proper clientsegmentation and transition to appropriate resources. Ability toarticulate and conversant in all aspects of JFG business offerings aswell as financial industry topics/trends and financial planning topics.Deliver a distinctive client experience that leverages our unique valueproposition through the referral of wealth, mortgage, insurance, privatebanking and consumer banking. Matching prospect needs with JFG BusinessPartners to provide solutions resulting in closed new business andexpanding depth of relationship. Understand client\'s financialobjectives through consistent purposeful discovery process byintegrating financial planning concepts and process. Thorough managementof complex financial solutions; including: communication,implementation, maintenance and on-going administration of the clientrelationship. Complete, timely and accurate documentation of clientrelationship information. May perform JFG Financial Advisor Assistantresponsibilities as determined by line of business and/or market needs.Sales - Advising and Servicing Clients Execution of our comprehensivesales process which includes successful prospecting, planning andgaining new business.
