　　Position and Role

　　Full-Time Associate Financial Advisor at our Rexburg, IdahoAdministration Building. This position works 40 hours a week,Monday-Friday. The minimum starting pay is \$58,000 per year, DOE.Responsible for providing investment services, and counseling clientsand prospective clients about non-depository financialproducts/services. Responsible for servicing current clients as part ofthe investment management team.\\Job Description

　　Responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing non-depositoryfinancial products.Responsible for assisting Wealth Manager with servicing currentclients as assigned.Follow broker/dealer and insurance company policies and procedures.Maintain blotter, advertising, client, and correspondence files.Accurately complete client profile for all new clients. Accomplishdaily compliance requirements.Responsible for daily accounting of various transactions. Visitsbranches to meet clients and train branch staff as needed.Maintain required individual insurance and securities licenses,including continuing education requirements.Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties incompliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends communityevents as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance themember experience at BFCU, including actively engaging inneeds-based cross-servicing.\Qualifications and Skills

　　Two to five years of similar or related experience.Series 7 and 63 license is required.Life insurance license is required.Must be able to be registered with the SEC.Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/oroutside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflictresolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality anddiscretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.*Physical Requirements*

　　Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion andoccasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing /descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operateroutine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, andcalculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for anaverage of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to workextended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must becapable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

　　Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlledshared work area with minimal noise.
