Job Description Summary
In this role, the Associate Director of Mergers & Acquisitions leads a team of professionals responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions aligned with the client workplace m odel and real estate strategy in the areas Mergers & Acquisitions. This position is responsible for all M&A activity across the client's portfolio. This includes developing a strategic plan for growth and superior delivery; defining immediate and long-term client goals concerning the management and oversight of Mergers & Acquisitions. This role would be responsible for maintaining a strong partnership with the client organization; and developing a robust M&A organization that can adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position ensures that all M&A deliverables are met including any SLA and KPI requirements.Job Description
Direct the overall planning and execution of all new M&A activities and the activities of current projects and programs.Work closely with the account leadership team, other service lines and client representatives with regard to proper staffing, future projects, and maintaining proper client relationships.Prepare executive level presentations and reports illustrating background, conclusions, recommendations, and risks/benefits. Conduct meetings to inform, consult, request action, and seek approval with account leadership and client executive team.Prepare operational presentations and reports illustrating M&A pipeline, progress, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations. Conduct meetings with clients, team members and cross-functional account members to inform, consult, request action, and seek approval with internal and client stakeholders.Ensure compliance with core program standards - all C&W tools, processes, templates, and outputs standardized and customized to the clientDemonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projects, processes, and overall program operationsMakes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency & service delivery. Ability to direct development of program tools and deliverables which accomplish recommended solutions.Oversees the creation and maintenance of playbooks, templates, and tools.Ability to direct the delivery of project activities inclusive of all potential new site strategies; including but not limited to relocations, restacks, renovations and consolidationsObserve corporate policies and procedures. Implement government laws and regulations and adhere to established rulings of government authoritiesMaintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performanceStrive constantly to improve skills and work knowledge; keep up to date in the field of specializationCooperate with other personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost, and profitReport to immediate supervisor(s) major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendationsProvide leadership for recruiting, selection, on-boarding and retainment of team members for M&A services including training, development, motivation, and discipline for subordinates, as necessary, to meet established goals; review and appraise their work performanceSocialize and obtain buy in for organizational changes, team commitments, and expenditures in excess of approved budget and for forecasted growth.Establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervisedDelegate to each necessary authority and responsibility for performance of assigned functionDevelop, present, and maintain headcount budgets, forecasting and gearing ratios.Refine existing M&A services to meet potential client requirements. Communicate and promote these services to potential clients and to other Cushman & Wakefield professionalsResponsible for overall client Business Partner and Product Area relationships. Meet regularly with client leads to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. Track and utilize client feedback data to create continual improvement cycles.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
