  KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Tech Engineering (Identity & Access Management) to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is remote work opportunity.

  Responsibilities:

  Help drive technical outcomes and manage a team of junior and intermediate employees that perform within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures

  Engage with counselees regularly and those they work with to help them continuously improve; work to increase counselees' engagement, job satisfaction, and pride; be a role model for doing the right things and treating people the right way

  Assign the right people to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to leadership

  Blend focus between execution and tactical planning and participation in strategic planning; contribute to tactical plans and monitor progress

  Interact regularly with management within the department and staff across BPG/functional process

  Influence client expectations and provide appropriate alternatives, suggestions and recommendations for improvements; ensure goals and objectives are met

  Qualifications:

  Minimum eight years of recent experience and advanced knowledge with the broader scope that frames Identity & Access Management (IAM) with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value

  Minimum three years of recent experience as a people leader with operational support expertise and proven capability to manage change and effectively communicate to teams

  Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), on-premise and cloud account lifecycle provisioning and automation, and privileged access management using CyberArk; experience with Sailpoint, Okta or RSA SecurID a plus, and experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) a major plus

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team as well as foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.

  Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
