WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Associate Director is a subject matter expert in financial, analytical, operational, and systems matters and serves as a resource to the Chief Finance Officer, senior leadership & the entire organization as applicable. They work closely with functions in the Worldwide Office Finance business unit, other central business units, and leadership where they establish and maintain all contacts, professional services, and outsourcing relationships that are necessary to support the effective functioning of their program support responsibilities. The Associate Director would have the ability/experience to successfully manage the finance/operations leadership function in any business unit at TNC. At the same time, they have the perspective and insight needed to strategically view and interpret financial information about the organization as a whole.
The Associate Director is specifically responsible for monitoring and evaluating financial matters relating to assigned regions/divisions and Business Units (BUs), as well as financial analysis for the entire corporation and affiliates. Additionally, they provide programs with appropriate support to ensure that they can complete financial planning, budgeting, and recording of financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. They work closely with the Chief Finance Officer, Worldwide Office (WO) executives, the Finance Management Team, divisional and Regional leads, program leads, and other senior leadership on financial reporting, targeted financial analysis, and other financially related work. The Associate Director is a member of the Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis team that serves the whole organization through consulting, advising, strategic thinking and relationship management services.
