Oversee initial integration into organization and on-going operations/reporting. Partner with NNI business unit leaders to ensure formal and informal guidance and analysis and to facilitate strong financially founded business decisions. Present consolidated financial and operational performance trends including historical and forecasted performance to business unit leaders. Bring recommendations, implications, key actions and strategic implications to relevant stakeholders in various business units at NNI and HQ. Set direction for business unit planning process. Partner with Brand VPs, Strategic Pricing and Market Access to understand demand trends, business risks and opportunities. Shape NNI’s approach/policies to incorporate into financial forecasts and actual bookings. Continually develop approach to business planning and analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation and solid financial evidence-based business decisions. Stay current on industry and functional trends and use knowledge to develop and expand capabilities in the areas of cost management, volume forecasting, and business partnering to ensure development towards industry’s best-in-class performance.Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field and minimum two (2) years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in the pharmaceutical industry.
