Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation (CT) is looking for an Associate Director, Enterprise Integrations . The position is remote. We are rapidly growing enterprise organization has an exciting opportunity for a leader to drive the transformation of a large enterprise organization by delivering critical integration capabilities and enterprise APIs. As a senior engineering leader, the candidate must have proven experience leading teams that deliver integrations and have a strong technical background, strategic thinking, collaboration, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in the MuleSoft platform, integration designs, architecture, environment management, and release management. The candidate must have worked with large enterprise organizations where the MuleSoft platform is managed like an enterprise application with all the best practices, and standards. The position will lead a senior group of MuleSoft engineers and requires the experience of managing a technical team (employees and consultants). This is a remote position but requires a presence in NY office for key workshops and meetings and ability to work east coast hours.
Own the MuleSoft platform and the integrations with numerous enterprise applications
Responsible for the design and development of scalable and reliable integration solutions using MuleSoft
Lead a team of integration architects, and software engineers (offshore and onsite) in delivering integration capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, and architects, to define technical integration requirements and prioritize development efforts
Drive the evaluation, selection, and adoption of right MuleSoft components, frameworks, and tools
Ensure the overall quality, performance, and maintainability of the software deliverables by setting up engineering best practices and standards
Collaborate with product owners, and scrum masters to plan and estimate software development efforts, resolve impediments, and ensure prompt and quality deliverables
Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore software engineers, fostering effective collaboration, resolving challenges, and ensuring alignment with project/release goals
Continuously improve software engineering processes and practices, promoting knowledge sharing, and facilitating a culture of learning and growth within the development teams
Define metrics to ensure the high performance and stability of our development and production environments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related STEM field.
Minimum 12 years of technical engineering leadership experience with a strong technical background.
Minimum 8 years of experience architecting and delivering integration solutions
Experience in Agile (SAFe, Scrum) based development
Solid grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
5 years’ experience in managing and leading software development teams that include onsite, distributed, and offshore teams
Experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies
Proficiency in the MuleSoft platform and integrations with external systems like Salesforce and SAP
In-depth understanding of MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, including Mule runtime, API management, API-First approach, and integration patterns
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
