　　Robert Half is partnering with a St Paul, MN-based law firm that is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Attorney to join their Mass Tort Litigation team. As a firm committed to protecting the rights of individuals wrongfully injured, they focus on holding medical manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies accountable. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our mission to achieve justice on behalf of our injured clients.

　　In this position, you will be an integral part of our mass tort litigation team, working on all aspects of complex mass tort and products liability claims. The role demands a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of cases from pre-litigation investigation through trial, demonstrating proficiency in legal research, writing, deposition practice, and motion arguments.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Work on all aspects of mass tort/products liability claims from pre-litigation investigation through trial.

　　Conduct legal research and writing, deposition practice, and motion arguments.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent clients.

　　Collaborate with the mass tort litigation team to build and strengthen cases.

　　Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

　　Provide compassionate and effective client communication throughout the legal process.

　　Requirements

　　Job Requirements:

　　Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

　　2 to 5 years of litigation experience.

　　Proficient writing skills and high organizational capacity.

　　Demonstrated abilities in civil litigation, including depositions and oral argument.

　　Strong sense of empathy and a commitment to achieving justice for clients.

　　Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

　　Ownership mentality with hands-on involvement in building and managing cases.
