Description Responsibilities include:

　　Consult with clients to understand their legal issues and goals.

　　Conduct legal research to identify relevant laws and precedents.

　　Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs.

　　Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses.

　　Develop trial strategies and prepare clients for testimony.

　　Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.

　　Represent clients in court hearings and trials.

　　Stay up-to-date on changes in the law.

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

　　California Bar Admission

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
