Description

Attorney opportunity in Pasadena, California at growing plaintiff's employment law practice. This plaintiff firm has protected employees for a decade and is looking for a new attorney to join its team. This attorney will be managing a caseload with supervision from the firm's principal and senior attorney.

This associate attorney will be managing a caseload of matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities of Associate Attorney:

People will be ramped up to manage their own caseload from inception through trial, about 25-30 matters.

Discovery, including depositions. This person will start defending depositions pretty quickly.

Law and motion.

Court appearances.

Pleadings.

Communicating with clients for updates and opposing counsel.

Hours: Generally, people are working 9:00 to 6:00 pm.

Compensation:

2-7 year attorneys can earn between 130,000 to 180,000 DOE.

Discretionary bonuses based on firm performance and merit.

401k AND profit sharing!

Medical, dental, and vision are covered about 50% for the employee.

Kicks in 60-90 after employment.

Reasonable use PTO policy.

6 sick days

Paid parking.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation, preferably employment.

Willing to work onsite in Pasadena.
