　　Responsibilities:

　　• Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

　　• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.

　　• Manage and participate in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-filing investigations through trial and appeal.

　　• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide effective legal solutions.

　　• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

　　• Stay informed about changes in patent law and industry trends.

　　Qualifications:

　　• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

　　• Admitted to practice law in any state.

　　• 1-4 years of experience in litigation.

　　• Strong understanding of intellectual property law, preferred, particularly patent law; however, candidates with strong litigation experience and no intellectual property background are encouraged to apply.

　　• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.

　　• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for staying current on legal developments.

　　• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
