　　Responsável por planejar e orientar atividades de equipes de atendimento ao cliente para suprir necessidades de clientes e dar suporte às operações da empresa.

　　Gestão do agendamento cirúrgico: abertura, precificação e liberação de agendas para os clientes,

　　Acompanhamento e cobrança destas autorizações das cirurgias,

　　Acompanhamento dos portais de cirurgias - cotações / aprovações,

　　Gestão das agendas de agentes comissionados

　　Atendimento ao cliente - externo e interno.

　　Identificação com o modelo de trabalho e atividade fim da Empresa

　　Terdisponibilidade de tempo para trabalhar nos fechamentos de faturamento
