Responsibilities:
Administration of Microsoft Windows platform (Server and Workspace)
Administration of M365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange hybrid environments
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on all M365 services, including backend and user side
Work with International and local Infrastructure team for O365 project rollout and daily operation
Handling daily support on Microsoft Exchange and e-mail issue troubleshooting
User support including VIP and business users in Trading floor
Support Cloud and on premise HCI platform
Co-work with Technical teams in other regions
Support users in multiple countries in Asia time zone
Requirement:
Experience in providing O365, Intune, Teams, Mobile Device Management and Exchange (Hybrid and on-premise) administration and support
Experience in O365 migration and troubleshooting
Experience in Windows server, Active Directory and Windows 10/11 support and administration
Experience on HCI platform administration (Nutanix / VMware)
Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktop and Wyse would be an advantage
Strong e-mail system troubleshooting skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Team Player, energetic, responsible and positive and able to work independently
Good troubleshooting skill and able to work under pressure
Working in non-office hour will be necessary
