　　Assistant Property Manager

　　The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for collecting rentand ancillary fees from residents, including collections of delinquentaccounts; posting income and deposits; inspection of apartment homesafter move-out; sales and customer service with current and prospectiveresidents; leasing apartments; office management and support.

　　Qualifications

　　1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience

　　Bookkeeping skills and/or experience

　　High school diploma/GED, Bachelors degree preferred
