JOB PURPOSE

If you are passionate about preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support the company’s growth and stability then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Ownership for timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance, in accordance with IFRS and group reporting guidelines.

Oversight of financial accounting and reporting systems.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors.

Evaluate and analyse financial and non-financial key performance indicators and provide inputs / insights in this respect.

Advise on technical accounting guidance and implementation of any new guidelines and standards.

Liaise with stakeholders across different departments and with regional and global teams.

Drive simplification and automation of systems and procedures for continuous improvement.

Provide timely assistance and support for a variety of ad hoc initiatives /analysis.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in related areas

Skills

Verbal and written communications skills to address a wide range of internal and external work levels

Change and project management

Ability to disseminate knowledge to other department members

Ability to foster excellent working relationships counterparts at all levels

Strong Analytical skills

Good organization and prioritization

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
