PositionOverview: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a GROWTH role intendedto develop future leaders to think strategically about the store andglobally about the future of the district and Caribou as a whole. Thisrole requires individuals to step into leadership and possess aninsatiable hunger for development and growth. This role works inpartnership with the General Manager in all facets to run the store andmake an impact on the team and community.
