Then you need to quickly act on this once in a lifetime opportunity to lead and develop a team for Chicken Salad ChickSUMMARY OF POSITIONDirect, coordinate, implement and manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives/goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring/training/retention, Guest service/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation. Position is responsible for ensuring adherence and compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.*QUALIFICATIONS*
1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a restaurant environmentMust be able to work with a high degree of independence.Strong analytical and decision-making abilitiesThe ability to multi-task, prioritize and expedite job responsibilities and initiatives.Effective communication skills with ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results.Excellent written, verbal, math, and presentation abilitiesProven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and team building capabilities.Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently.Must have a valid drivers license.Must be willing to undergo a background check.High school diploma or equivalentNew Mexico Food Handler CertificationSever Safe CertificationDUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a key support person for the GM as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
Understand and adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
