　　Scope and General Purpose of Job:

　　To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, to ensure the various outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable in accordance with the standard of the hotel, whilst assisting the Manager of Food & Beverage in the day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage operation. Your main duties will be:

　　To co-ordinate an effective and efficient Payroll Management / Resource allocation through establishing a flexible work force throughout the Division, based on the principles of Multi Skilling and Multi-Tasking.

　　To ensure that each Food & Beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as independent profit center.

　　To ensure that each outlet is managed by a Management Team (Outlet Manager / Chef de Cuisine) who are totally accountable for their profitability.

　　To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.

　　To ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.

　　To set and control with Food & Beverage Manager, General Manager, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources, any incentive scheme for the Outlet Management Team.

　　To assist in preparation of monthly forecasts and schedule resources accordingly.

　　Ensure new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

　　And many other duties for effective and efficient management of F&B department

　　Qualifications:

　　We are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years past experience as an Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage in a comparable hotel.

　　As one of the key leaders in the hotel, the Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage needs to balance business acumen, with people management and technical skills in all areas of the F&B operation.

　　We expect the candidate to bring good leadership skills, paired with the ability to empathetically communicate with all guests and colleagues in the hotel.

　　Good organization and communication skills, the ability to inspire and support innovation as well as a passion for caring service should be your strength.

　　Your language skills include English and Russian.
