　　The Assistant Engineering Director will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Engineering Director will assist the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building and grounds in optimum condition.

　　The Assistant Engineering Director is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel. This includes the inside as well as the outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.

　　Qualifications:

　　College degree preferred

　　3 years management experience required, preferably within a hotel

　　4 years building maintenance experience required, preferably within a hotel

　　Minimum 2 years of Hyatt experience as an Engineering Manager or Assistant EngineeringDirector preferred

　　Strong communication skills

　　Previous customer service experience

　　Required to work weekends/nights/holidays as needed determined by business and the Director of Resort Facilities

　　Must have a valid driver’s license
