　　Job Description

　　We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Banquets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and events, upholding the Fairmont standard of service.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversee the planning and execution of banquets and events, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

　　Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistical details and meet guest requirements.

　　Train and lead banquet staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

　　Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth through efficient operations.

　　Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet management or a related role.

　　Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.

　　Must hold valid Food Handers Card and MAST permit.

　　Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

　　Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Knowledge of banquet operations, catering trends, and industry best practices.

　　Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
