　　Maintain all operational requirements for a safe and healthy licensed childcare center, with a developmentally appropriate Christian program.Maintain up-to-date records as required by the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the state of Alaska, and the federal government.Maintain the classroom environment safe, clean, and healthy for the children.Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy playground and gym.Assist in curriculum development and ensure that the selected curriculum is implemented. Provide lesson plans to the director.Maintain compliance with Child Care Food Program and recording meal count from/or requiring assistant to perform task.Supervises and supports other staff in the classroom.Ensures a safe and nurturing learning environment to support childrens social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development.Interact with children, parents, and other staff in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner.Develops and implements developmentally appropriate lesson plans.Document children's progress through portfolios and progress reportsArrive at work as scheduled.Maintain indoor and outdoor environments that are safe, clean, and well organized *Follow the State of Alaska and center regulations.Maintains professional certifications especially those regarding accreditation of the overall program by an accrediting agency.Benefits
