　　Bachelor\'s degreeMust pass an FAA Part 141 Assistant Chief Flight InstructorEvaluationDetailed documentation of training recordsStrong support for safety practices, procedures, and cultureThe following credentials:FAA Commercial Pilot, SE and MECurrent FAA CFI and CFII certificatesMust meet 14 CFR 141.36(c) requirementsPreferred Qualifications:

　　CFI and CFII experience of 500+ hours dual and 10+ studentsrecommended for FAA check rides and 80% first attempt pass rateAdditional ratings and/or endorsementsFAA Certified Flight InstructorHigh Performance endorsementComplex endorsementTail Wheel endorsementMulti-Engine Instructor certificateExperience with a flight school scheduling systemManagement and supervisory experienceFAA Gold Seal Flight InstructorFAA Instrument Ground Instructor CertificateFAR 141 Stage Check InstructorFAR 141 Assistant Chief Flight Instructor experienceFAR 141 Chief Flight Instructor experienceFAR 135 or FAR 121 experiencesOther Requirements:
