About Assistant Center Manager (RN) - Dialysis

  Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), who is looking to advance their career, to join our Dialysis Center team in North Sunnyvale as an Assistant Center Manager.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  As an Assistant Center Manager (ACM) you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, quality care of dialysis treatments by assisting the Center Manager (CM) with oversight of the center's operations and by providing direct patient care. The ACM acts as a team leader who educates and mentors center staff as appropriate. In the absence of the CM, this position is also responsible for the daily management of the center.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  Experience

  One (1) year of nursing experience required; 1 year of hemodialysis or home program preferred

  Supervisor/Charge Nurse experience preferred

  Education

  Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent; BSN preferredLicense/Certification

  Current State license as a Registered Nurse

  Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare certification (or within 3 months of hire)

  CNN or CDN certification preferred

  $105k - $135k

  The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
