  Join us as an Assistant Call Centre Manager at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre . For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can:

  Supervise Guest Service Agents (Call Centre)

  Process all incoming calls from and to external and in-house guests

  Answer guests' enquiries

  Assist guests with international call connections and directory enquiries

  Record wake-call request and conduct wake-up calls

  Take messages for guests and key into OPERA

  Take in all guests' requests, including: F&B booking, room service orders, laundry service and room-making requests

  Forward guests' requests to relevant departments through the FCS system and monitor the status

  Provide secretarial services for guests

  Assist guests in using business centre equipment

  Log all call-in requests for and from guests into the phone log sheet

  Sort out incoming mail

  Resolve any guest issue/feedback / complaint

  Requirements

  2 years of experience in guest service and skills in operating Opera PMS are desirable.

  Required Skills:

  Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  Able to read, write and communicate in English

  Excellent communication skills and service orientation

  Computer literate
