Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels accurately.
Oversee stock movement between the warehouse and retail areas, ensuring proper organization and timely restocking.
Conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
Team Supervision and Support:
Lead and supervise warehouse and retail store personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and training.
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure smooth warehouse and store operations by coordinating with relevant departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales.
Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the retail team to maintain an organized store layout, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Stock Control and Replenishment:
Monitor inventory levels to anticipate demand and ensure adequate stock availability in the store.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of products, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
