　　Your responsibilities:

　　Schedule and organize work to meet customer ordersMove product, complete final product audits, and scanning functions Escalate non-conformance to standards such as quality issues and/or schedule discrepanciesFollow standardized work procedures and maintain proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are where they need to be at the right time and production is not interruptedMaintain an overall understanding of the how the assembly area is operating at all times and work with the shift Supervisor to quickly suggest and make changes when neededCommunicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization including operators, Supervisors and Plant LeadershipOperate material handling equipment as needed.  Experience not required but willingness to learnPerks and Benefits:
