Assembler - Start this week!

　　Shift: 1st shift

　　Pay: $20-$21/hr

　　Location: Florence, Ky

　　Description:

　　disassembly, inspection, rebuilding and testing of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves.

　　You will specify the necessary parts and labor needed to complete the repair, as well as provide a failure analysis

　　Other duties may include assembly/fabrication, plumbing, and testing of Hydraulic components, along with trouble shooting, removal, installation, and repairs

　　on customer equipment.

　　• Reviews work orders, contracts, customer specifications, manufacturer catalogs, bill of materials, specifications by customer and/or manufacturer written and/or verbal instructions.

　　• Picks and visually checks inventory to assemble reducers, shafting and hose for proper functioning, identification and adherence to customer specifications.

　　• Assembles gearing, hose, and/or shafting to customer specifications and quality expectations.
