Hiring Assemblers for a company in Carlsbad, CA (paid weekly) . Must have a minimum of 1+ years of Assembly and some exposure to microscopes as part of their past job . Be able to interview on-site this week. Please read the following job description below before applying.

　　Location: Carlsbad, CA

　　Pay: $21-$23hr

　　Shift: 2nd shift 2:40pm-11:00pm

　　2nd shift Training- Only available on 1st shift

　　Description:

　　Manufacturing and / or assembly of medical devices following specific procedures and manufacturing instructions.

　　• Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.

　　• Successfully complete training on production tasks. Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.

　　• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required.

　　• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).

　　• Work directly with the Engineers/Supervisors ensuring product integrity / quality is met at all times.

　　• Work with Engineers to develop process documentation.

　　• Perform inventory counts.

　　• Other duties as assigned. Receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

　　• Hands-on experience in manufacturing /production environment or prototyping experience.

　　• Manufacturing of catheter products a plus

　　• Prior cleanroom experience

　　• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
