An ideal candidate will have a Bachelors, with 10+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates who apply should have strong oral and written communication skills, and can work effectively with others, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An active and transferrable DoD Secret level security clearance is required.

　　Manage, analyze, document, and track of project cost, schedule, performance, and risks.

　　Serve as a subject matter expert on the Lakota (UH-72) aircraft.

　　Provide project expertise for dynamic components, avionics, usage, understating of fleet management practices, unique usage spectrums for test aircraft, and historical reference of the Lakota lifecycle.

　　Analyze the applicability of COTS items.

　　Provide understanding of FAA practices and how they relate to commercial aircraft and are applied to a green Army aircraft.
