Job Description

Performing basic architectural calculations.

Preparing, reviewing, and check, concept, schematic detail design drawings as required.

Should have knowledge of construction detailing.

Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.

Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

Master’s / bachelor’s degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Railway/Transport projects.

Min 6 to 8 years of experience in Architectural projects, Singapore, Australia, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable but are not essential.

Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage.

Experience in leading the end-to-end large-scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team.

Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently.

Good knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, AutoCAD.
