Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland, OH - Job 24-00039Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits.A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager Initiates and manages projects from inception to completion.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture• Registered Architect in the state of Ohio• TEN (10) years minimum industry experience.• Experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.• Healthcare Design experience is a plus.• Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.• Experience/Knowledge with Revit.• Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)• Must have excellent organizational skills.• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project) experiencedCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
