Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects and deadlinesCollaborate and communicate effectively and professionally withmultidisciplinary team members as with clients and contractorsMentor and assist with the development of staffIdentify client requirements and be the primary contact and communicatorDocument quality review and detailed, comprehensive code analysisWork within project schedules to prioritize tasks and coordinate thecompletion of documentation required from initial design phase through finalproject completion, according to client needsPrepare, develop and organize building plans as well as construction contractsUtilize past knowledge and experience to enhance the quality of designCoordinate the design work of others and ensure integrated and cohesive designQualifications
Professional or non-professional degree in Architecture from an accreditedinstitutionProfessional Licensure with experience in Education and/or Governmentmarkets is preferred.Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work closely in a team environmentExperience with clients in the education and government industryWillingness to perform complex administrative and on-site dutiesExperience in all aspects of construction projectsCompensation
A competitive compensation range between $75,000 and $120,000 will beoffered based on experience.
