ARCHITECT LEVEL 1

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Fully competent and able to perform independently on a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design.Work under the direction of senior staff to document project requirements.Understand and document compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Prepare design deliverables as directed by senior staff.Coordinate architectural design and/or models with consulting engineering design.Understand and prepare architectural detailing requisite to project document production.Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, project teams, and clients.Prepare project specifications by compiling and analyzing relevant data.Respond to senior staff direction, comments, and quality control reviews.Periodically observe project construction and reporting on construction document compliance.Maintain company reputation for quality and high standards.Architect Level I Qualifications Expected:

　　Required: Current Architectural License (NCARB Certificate not required but preferred).Required: Proficient with model building CodesRequired: 3-5 years or more architectural experience.Required: Proficient in Autodesk Revit and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred: Good understanding of current AEC CADD Standards and AEC Graphics Standards.Preferred: SketchUp and other rendering software abilities.ARCHITECTURAL STAFF LEVEL 1 (NON-LICENSED)

　　Required: 3-5 years or more Architectural CADD experienceRequired: Autodesk Revit and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.Required: Microsoft Office Suite experience.Preferred: Good understanding of current AEC CADD Standards and AEC Graphics Standards.Preferred: Proficiency with Building Codes.Salary for both positions will be based on years of professional experience.
