　　Pay: $20-$25/hr. Shift: Monday-Friday FT days

　　Jacksons is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a high level of skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation to join our team. 　　What will I do as an Accounts Receivable Specialist?

　　Here are just some of the things you'll do in this role:

　　Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry into accounting systems.

　　Evaluate source documents for accuracy, verify data entry, and modify where necessary.

　　Process and create customer invoices and daily EFT settlements.

　　Conduct account research and analysis for internal and external customers.

　　Support AR Management on specific duties or special projects.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　3+ yrs. of Accounts Receivable experience.

　　Knowledge of collections.

　　Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook.

　　A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

　　A history of providing excellent customer service.

　　The ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.

　　Effectiveness in working both independently and as a team.

　　A pattern of maintaining high accuracy and work efficiency to meet regular deadlines.
