  Job Description:

Our teams design, develop and implement technology applications, systems and operational processes to support our customers, clients and the bank’s employees around the world. From programming to data management, from innovation to information security, our teammates provide the tools and resources that connect capabilities across our eight lines of business. You’ll be part of an organization whose influence is felt globally, as we manage the critical systems and technology platforms needed to maintain the company’s market-leading positions in all its businesses.

  Apprentices will be joining a technology apprenticeship program, which is designed to introduce associates with little to no work experience to technology roles. The role is created to provide on the job training and build skills as an apprentice.

  Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  Provide analytical and technical skills to support the design, development, implementation of technology solutions to support our clients and manage risk

  Responsible for delivering innovative capabilities in a team environment, as well as leveraging skills, background, and interests for a specific group within technology lines of business participating in the program

  Required Skills

  Must be a recent Road to Hire graduate.

  Completed technology certification from partnered organization (Road to Hire)

  Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction

  Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Teamwork oriented

  Demonstrated problem solving abilities

  Commitment to learning and building a technical and business skill set

  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with bothtechnology/developmentand business partners

  Solid grasp of how technology interacts with other technology

  Ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple business partners

  Shift:

  1st shift (United States of America)

  Hours Per Week:

  40
