Job Description
Work within the Parking Systems Application Engineering area; directly in the Project Management team focusing on timing, resource management, future planning, and strategic problem solving of an Ultrasonic Sensor System.
Creation and maintenance of application calibration release schedule
Definition and coordination of release activities
Tracking and reporting of development status
Escalation of resource conflicts, vehicle conflicts, and timing conflicts
Coordination of the release strategy with other Project Component Mangers (SW PCM, HW PCM), especially to identify gaps
Support TPMs (Technical Project Manager) and Sales with quotation process and customer change requests
Develop and maintain application quotation process template and distribute globally
Develop and maintain JIRA Application ticketing template for Vehicle Team and Height Classification team
Host Agile Standups for Vehicle Team and Height Classification Team
Main customer interface for Application related questions or requests, attending weekly internal and external meetings
Qualifications
Basic:
Time management skills
Ability to motivate others and drive virtual teams
Team management skills
Experience on configuration management tools (JIRA)
Requirements experience (DOORs)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in teams as well as independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Technical communication skills and ability to effectively communicate directly with the customer
Team player and ability to collaborate using a ticket system
Preferred:
Knowledge of "Driver Assistance" functions and sensor technologies
Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field
