JOB REQUIREMENTS: Application Engineer - 59041DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What will you do? * Focus on thedeployment of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) at data centerfacilities * Customer-facing position - the successful candidate mustwork well in a team environment and will interface directly withcontractors and end-users daily * Responsibilities for this positioninclude performing software installation, customization, and start-upservices; start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electricalpower monitoring equipment; device communications; and providingcustomer training for the commissioned system. * Consulting withcustomers to determine system operation requirements * Installation andupgrading of EPMS software * Configuring and commissioning SchneiderElectric and 3rd party hardware * Performing start-up services andsystem troubleshooting * Documenting the as-built system * Travel upto 75% to customer sites is required. The majority of travel is domesticwith occasional international opportunities. This position requirespresence at customer sites and as such, the candidate must be able toobtain the necessary clearance and/or credentials to travel abroad andcomply with customer requirements for executing work on their site.
