Microsoft Power Platform / Integration Developer -- Fully Remote

　　Job Overview

　　The ideal candidate is expected to collaborate with other business and IT roles at APTIM and provide technical leadership, vision, and direction for development and integration projects. This position oversees and provides technical consultation and guidance on matters of cloud applications and integration solutions architecture, design, and development necessary to meet business objectives at APTIM while ensuring that all IT architectural standards are meet.

　　Responsibilities

　　Build Canvas generated and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet requirements of projects and clients.

　　Responsible for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of complex applications tasks and projects.

　　Design, code, test, and debug complex application programs.

　　Participate in scope of work estimation and forecasting.

　　Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications.

　　Deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite: Microsoft's PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, custom development, and data integrations.

　　Support project and tech lead in development plans, estimation, and code and design reviews.

　　Provide Power Platform architecture designs, configurations, administration or governance, and functional support.

　　Build PowerApps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create new and improved business process flows.

　　Establish and address security protocols within PowerApps.

　　Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members.

　　Support cross-functional project teams with app development.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field

　　8 years of relevant experience.

　　Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.

　　Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot deployed Power Platform solutions.

　　Experience across the entire Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

　　Experience with Power Apps Portal implementations.

　　Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.

　　Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.

　　Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.

　　Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.

　　Task and time management.

　　Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing.

　　Ability to take on tasks from cradle to grave with minimal supervision.

　　Willingness and interest to accept and complete new challenges.
