  Job Description:

  AFS is looking for an Application Developer to work onsite with our team at MacDill, AFB in Tampa, FL

  Responsibilities include:

  Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web site user interfaces and backend interfaces to external services on Microsoft Windows Server platforms

  Develop application code and unit test using

  Provide thought-interest in the area of analytics/data science.

  Work with a diverse team of engineers, computer scientists, data scientist and analysts

  Here's what you need:

  6+ years of experience as a Software Developer to include the following technologies:

  Front end technologies such as Java technologies Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Microsoft Office SharePoint, and Visual Basic Applications (VBAs) HTML, Angular, and REACT

  Back-end technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, Mongo database, Solr, Structured Query Language (SQL), and ServerSide Languages (Java etc)

  1+ year of experience with architectural styles/application programming interfaces (APIs) such as REST and RPC

  Bonus points if you have:

  Understanding of Agile Scrum development processes is highly desiredSecurity Clearance:

  Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  California: $105,200 - $196,500

  Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700

  New York: $97,300 - $196,500

  Washington: $112,100 - $180,700
