　　Overview

　　Our Emerging Markets (LATAM) team are looking to hire an Associate level trader for Andean and Other LatAm FX products based in New York City. In the role, you will be responsible for market-making BRL and Andean related Foreign Exchange products. You will be a part of our expanding franchise in coordination with our NY / global Sales & Trading team(s).

　　Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideasAble to work in a high paced environment under pressureAn excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skillsExperience with market-making, preferably in BRL / Andean instruments

　　Skills You'll Need

　　A deep understanding of the asset classA proven risk management skillStrong quantitative skillsA deep understanding of capital and regulatory matters in Over the Counter (cash / derivatives)

　　Expectations

　　It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

　　The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
