Kelly Services is hiring for Analyzing Soldering Technicians for a local global leader in mission-critical communications and analytics in Richardson, Texas.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1 st
Environment: Climate Controlled
Job description:
Ability to perform soldering rework/repairs of lead-free components.
Experience with soldering on small and fine pitch components such as Ball Grid Arrays, Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) types of packages on Print Circuit boards that are densely populated.
Ability to work from schematics and simple drawings.
Perform repair activities using a microscope in some cases.
Job requirements:
3-5 years of soldering experience.
IPC-610 and J-STD certification is preferred.
Basic computer skills are desired.
Flexible and able to work extra hours as needed.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and interpret correctly.
Education:
High School diploma is required. Any electronics related academics is beneficial.
• Will report to Jeff Contreras / Site Manager
• No Direct reports
• Update material planning reports on a daily basis
• Create a production schedule for their assigned production line
• Attend all production and material planning meetings
• Assist with any assigned projects given by the Planning Manager.
• Assist other planners during their PTO or sick days.
• The top three contributions this new hire will make to the company within their first 90 or 120 days are Accuracy, learning processes and communicate needs
• Must-haves for candidates-Computer skills
